Correction of Bad Hair Transplant procedure : This patient visited us 5 years ago with receding hair line and mild hair loss over frontal area. Keeping in mind the strong family history of baldness and his age he was advised to wait for some time .He went to another clinic run by a technician and they immediately booked him for 2000 grafts with fue hair transplant for his hairline restoration . Eventually he ends up with too lower female pattern hair line with poorly angled grafts. With time patient keep on losing hairs and his bad hair line was getting prominent day by day. Now he came for corrective hair transplant surgery . His laxity was good enough so we planned FUT Hair Transplant surgery for 4000 grafts .Our plan was to save the donor for future FUE Hair Transplant session for 3000 grafts. Normally we use 0.7 mm punch size for extraction over exposed area but in this case to avoid transaction due to poorly angled grafts we used 0.8 mm punch for extraction from hair line. Ta
